After twenty years since her employment here, she has returned to making the inn a pleasant place to stay. Previously,  she has worked in the insurance industry and now owns a Real Estate business. However, her passion for the Gingerbread Mansion and her determination to bring it to its former glory has brought her back. Her impeccable attention to detail, from preparing delicious breakfast delights to keeping the standard of excellent service, ensures the guests will feel at home.
